New York

After breakfast, trade your everyday look for a plush robe and shed the stresses of your week - there’s nothing more relaxing or romantic than a couples massage.  Head over to Silk Day Spa to enjoy the day being pampered and pampering your loved one.

For a more active afternoon try going for a climb. Adrenaline can rekindle feelings of excitement and passion between you and your love. Try visiting Brooklyn Boulders, one of the premiere climbing gyms on the east coast. Take a quick class on learning to rock climb, or for those who’ve done it before, get a day pass and enjoy an energetic kind of romance.

For a  sultry and intimate night try visiting The Raines Law Room. In one of New York’s best “hidden” clubs you and your love can cuddle together, travel back in time, and enjoy some of New York’s highest rated craft cocktails. Make sure you and your sweetie grab a reservation first, as this place is known to get pretty packed.  ~ http://www.raineslawroom.com/ ~

If you're craving a more classic New York night, every year on Valentine’s Day the Museum of Natural History throws Romance Under The Stars, a ticketed cocktail hour in the Hayden Planetarium.

PARIS

Try starting your Valentine’s morning with the non-traditional: a walk around a cemetery. Leave it to Paris to make its largest cemetery not at all ghostly but actually extremely romantic. Each of the winding pathways has a street sign of its own and is lined by what feels like adorable little houses. Is there a better way to say till death do us part?

Take a break for a classic aphrodisiac lunch and enjoy an Oyster Platter with Champagne at the L’Ecailler du Bistrot. This 5-Star rated restaurant provides all the elegance and quality connected to each star, but packs it all quite nicely into classic and romantic Bistro packaging.

Explore one of Paris’ best kept secrets, the roads of the hidden antiques village of the Marais. This small secluded community, accessible only through its own arched pathways, is full of collectors' antique shops and is the perfect location for a romantic afternoon stroll. ~

Turn classic into quirky at La Pagode a 19th century pagoda turned into a small (locally loved) cinema. Catch a movie and cuddle with your sweetheart in this delightfully offbeat theater and then head out back to take a stroll through the traditional Japanese garden.

~ 57 Bis Rue de Babylone, 75007 Paris ~

Get out of the city to experience a dreamy and delicious stop in the countryside. Visit the Rosa Bonheur just outside the city limits and enjoy a night of good drinks, small plates and dancing.

BALI

Calling adventurers, start your morning in Bali nice and early (somewhere in the vicinity of 3:30 am) to take a climb up Bali’s highest mountain, Mount Agung. Sacred to the Balinese, this mountain is said to be the balance point for everything on the island. On top of the beautiful and balanced symbolism of the mountain, the breath-taking views make every step worth the climb. If you are one of the brave pairs who start the nearly 10,000 foot climb in the early morning, you’ll also be the lucky ones who get to enjoy a warm romantic sunrise together in one of the most beautiful places in the world.

After the long morning, spend an afternoon relaxing by the beach at the Potato Head Beach Club. Opened on 2010, this beach club, known for its delicate Indonesian menu and incredible vistas, is fit for kings. Either the amazing emerald green lawn or beachside infinity pool serve as impeccable locations for watching the sunset.

After a relaxing Sunset perhaps take a trip to The Samaya for their romantic 100 Candles Dinner. This Bali favorite offers an exquisite choice between modern creative western and Indonesian specialities. You and your love can share a tender evening riverside under the stars or in the comfort of the restaurants interior. Definitely the perfect ending to a Valentine's night.
